This guide will walk you through creating your first AI-generated website in under 5 minutes. No coding experience required.

Before You Start

You'll need:

  • A Looops account (join the waitlist if you don't have one)
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Create Your First Project

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

Log In

Go to looops.ai/dashboard and sign in with your account.

Create New Project

Click the "New Project" button in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Name Your Project

Enter a name for your project. This will be used in your project URL (e.g., my-portfolio.looops.ai).

Step 2: Describe Your Vision

Once your project is created, you'll see the chat interface. This is where you communicate with the AI.

Write your first prompt:

"Create a modern portfolio website for a photographer. Include a hero section with a full-width image, a gallery grid, an about section, and a contact form. Use a dark theme with subtle animations."

Tips for great prompts:

  • Be specific about what you want
  • Mention the purpose (portfolio, landing page, blog)
  • Describe the visual style (dark, minimal, colorful)
  • List the sections you need

After you send your prompt, the AI will start generating your website. You'll see:

  1. Code being written in the file explorer
  2. Real-time preview updating as changes are made
  3. AI messages explaining what it's doing

This usually takes 30-60 seconds for the initial generation.

Step 4: Iterate and Refine

Your website is generated! Now you can refine it:
