Top right of the builder. Confirm your address (your-project.looops.site, based on the project name, editable before the first publish).

Looops builds the site

The site is built and deployed to a global edge network. Allow a few minutes; sites with a database take longer than static sites.

Live

Your site is served over HTTPS from servers near your visitors.

What's included

  • HTTPS on every site, including custom domains, with certificates that renew themselves
  • A global CDN and DDoS protection
  • A sitemap and robots file, generated at publish time unless your site provides its own
  • Republishing: click Publish again to update the live site. Allow a couple of minutes and a hard refresh for changes to show, since the CDN caches briefly.

Your address

Every project gets a free looops.site address. Paid plans can connect a domain you own or buy one inside Looops; see Custom Domains.

Search engines

Sites on a free looops.site address are published with search engines asked not to index them until the Looops team switches indexing on for the site. This protects the shared looops.site name from spam. Sites on your own domain are indexable as soon as they are live. To have indexing switched on for a looops.site address, ask through the help form (headset icon in the chat).

The free-plan badge

Sites published on the free plan carry a small "Made with Looops" badge. Personal and Pro sites have no badge, on any address.

Going back

Publishing does not delete anything. If a new version has a problem, restore an earlier version from the version history and publish again.
