Dashboard Overview

A tour of the Looops dashboard: starting a site from the chat box, the projects grid, the project menu, usage and billing, workspaces, and support.

The dashboard at looops.ai/dashboard is where your websites live.

Layout

The chat box

At the top of the Projects page is a chat box, "Describe what you want to build", with example chips underneath. Your first message creates a new project and opens the builder. There is no separate "new project" form: describing the site is how you start one.

Projects grid

Every website in the workspace appears as a card with its thumbnail (generated after the first publish), its name, and a status: Live once published, Draft before. Click a card to open the builder.

Project menu

Each card has a menu with:

  • Rename
  • Download Code: exports the whole project as a ZIP on Personal and Pro (see Export Code)
  • Project Settings: name and description
  • Delete Project: removes the project, its files and its data. This cannot be undone; export first if you may need the code.

  • Projects: this page
  • Usage & limits: credits, websites, storage, form messages and emails against your plan's limits
  • Billing: your plan, invoices, upgrade or cancel
  • Support: opens the help form (bug, feedback or question, with an optional screenshot); a person answers by email
  • Help: these docs
  • Your avatar: account and profile, billing and invoices, log out

Header

The workspace switcher and, on the free plan, an Upgrade button. The Earn free credits menu sits under the Looops logo.

Workspaces

Every account has a personal workspace. Pro plans can invite team members with roles. Switch workspaces from the header; manage members and settings as described in Workspace Management.

Website settings live in the builder

Domain, notifications, database, environment variables and project transfer are set per website, inside the builder: click the project name (top left) and choose Website settings. See Create Your First Project for the builder layout.
