Assets Manager
Upload images, videos, documents and audio to your project, organize them in folders, and reference them in chat or CMS fields. Formats, limits and shortcuts.
The Assets panel holds the files your website uses: photos, logos, videos, documents. Open it from the Assets tab (folder icon) at the top right of the builder, with the preview running.
Uploading
- Upload in the toolbar, or drag files from your computer into the panel. Several at once is fine.
- From URL inserts an image from a web address.
- Maximum size: 50 MB per file. Storage counts toward your plan (10 GB per site on Personal and Pro).

Organizing
- New Folder in the toolbar creates a folder; drag files in, or select them and use Cut (Ctrl+X) then paste (Ctrl+V) inside the destination folder.
- Rename: select a file and press F2.
- Delete: select and press Del.
- Select all with Ctrl+A, clear the selection with Esc. The toolbar has a shortcuts list.
Give files descriptive names ("team-photo-2026.jpg" rather than "IMG_4021.jpg"); the AI refers to them by name.
Using assets
In chat. Mention the file: "use logo.png in the header", "put team-photo.jpg in the about section". The agent knows every file you uploaded.
In the CMS. Image and file fields in your content tables pick from your Assets, or upload straight from the field.
With Quick Edits. Click an image on the page with click-to-edit on and choose Change image to swap it for an asset or a new upload, without the AI.
Generated media
