Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your projects remain live and accessible. You can still view and edit files manually. You just won't be able to use AI features until your daily credits refill (up to 30 per day), your monthly credits refresh on your billing day, or you buy a top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do credits roll over?
No. Your monthly plan credits (40 on Personal, 100 on Pro) refresh on your billing day each month and do not roll over, unused monthly credits are replaced by the next month's grant. This works the same whether you pay monthly or yearly: yearly plans still receive their monthly credits every month, not all at once. Your daily credits refill up to 30 each day. Top-up credits never expire.
What's the difference between Personal and Pro?
Personal is for one website on a custom domain, with everything you need to launch it (database, authentication, forms, code export). Pro adds unlimited websites, team collaboration, and project transfers, and gives you more monthly credits. If you're publishing more than one site or working with collaborators, Pro is the right fit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
