Site AI Assistant

Give your published website its own built-in AI that knows your business and answers visitor questions properly, no third-party chat widget needed.

Your website can have its own AI. Not a generic chat bubble bolted on top, but an assistant built into the site itself that knows your content, your services, and your policies, and answers visitors properly.

What it can do

  • Answer visitor questions: opening hours, services, pricing, policies, anything your site knows.
  • Power smart features: ask the Looops AI to build things like "suggest a coffee based on three questions" or "help visitors pick the right package", and the site AI runs them.
  • Stay on-topic: it answers from the knowledge it's given about your business, so it doesn't wander off into made-up answers.

How to add it

Just ask in the builder chat, for example:

Add an AI assistant to my site that can answer questions about my services and prices

The Looops AI builds the assistant into your site and manages what it knows. When your content changes, ask the AI to update the assistant's knowledge too.

The site AI is part of the backend features, so it's available on paid plans with the backend switched on for the project.

Choosing the AI model

In the builder, click your project name (top left) → Website settingsBackend. The AI model picker sets which model your site's assistant uses. Fast is the recommended default; stronger models give richer answers and use more credits per question.

What it costs

Each question a visitor asks uses a small amount of your workspace credits, like your own AI chats do. Simple answers on the Fast model cost very little; stronger models cost more per answer.
